I approach every day with compassion, an open-mind, and a healthy dose of curiosity. I apply these same principles to my design process, with the intention of creating meaningful experiences for all. I enjoy crafting solutions for real problems and would rather focus on how or why a solution might work, rather than why it won't. Design should lead with “yes…and?”

Over the last year, I’ve focused my efforts on supporting strategic design updates to a legacy Microsoft product, supporting its AI transformation and integration with Microsoft’s AI Hub. I’m now leading the design efforts of the product’s new agent experience, the AI Learning agent.

Prior to that, I spent 3+ years on a horizontals design team, contributing to a design system, suite platform guidance and coherence, and product direction for Microsoft’s employee experience suite. Through this work, I’ve developed and flexed innovative problem-solving and versatile design capabilities that have been applied to high-impact and high-priority projects.

My background in human rights and advocacy fuels my belief that technology should be used to make the world a better place. I want to listen to understand, empower users to achieve their goals, and use storytelling to drive empathy.
